I recently left one company for another. Single greatest move of my life by the way. Anyway, I'm definitely being screwed with items I left unpaid only because I waited until some pendings went to close.

I'm wondering if my E&O is transferrable to my new company, or do I have to pay all over. I notice quite a difference in price from the old to the new company. $45 cheaper in the new place. Guess that's the company they use, or I could very well be getting ripped off.

Assuming you are getting your E&O through your broker rather than individually it would not transfer. What you had with your prior sponsoring broker should cover your work while there and the new sponsoring broker's policy should cover your work now.

There can be several reasons for the different cost: 1) how the broker allocates the cost to the agents, 2) the amount of coverage, 3) the deductible before it kicks in to name a few.
