Does Houston still have Tempo or is it upgraded to MLXchange? Either way you have to pay for the LMS (leasing management system) if you want to do leasing. Did you add that option? If you didn't you won't even see it under the search tab.

Tempo. I see the rental tab but it doesnt show any apartments. Do you have any idea of how much more it would cost to get lms?

If you have the tab that says lease, then you apparently have the LMS (at least that's how tempo was when we had it). When you click on it does it take you to a search screen like residential? If you only want apartments, you are probably out of luck. They generally don't list on the LMS. You have to get those fees the old fashioned way - pick up an apartment guide and start making phone calls!

If you don't have the LMS for some reason, it shouldn't be more than $75/yr. Call HBOR in the morning and it will take few hours for your account to get updated.
