I was just wondering if there was a good easy to use program to draw up floorplans of homes? I'm not an artist and a hand drawing on a napkin doesn't look professional. I think buyers would like to see a picture of the floorplans on an MLS listings. That would be more informative then a lousy picture of a bedroom. The public records in my area doesn't feature the floorplans.

I would recommend you check out the Professional Home Design Suite. I have been using the platinum version for a few years and I think it cost me $79 at the time.

While I have experience using AutoCad, from college, this one is almost intuitive and provides me the rendering in 3D to be placed in an actual digital picture. Check it out and see for yourself if its a candidate for you to review.
