Maybe the house is suitable for the Muppets to live in?

"great long driveway leading to the back yard where there is a guest house quarters in the back next to the garage which seems to be a Grandfather Inn."

Not a comment but a listing with 29 photos but no photo of exterior. All interior and 1 showing the commuter rail sign about 1 mile away. Really?

I get that alot there. Why would you want to show a picture of the exterior if its in disrepair? Why not highlight the interior or any external highlights like close proximity to public transportation? Better than not putting any pictures up.

"Pinch your cheeks cute." A phrase started by a local realtor who is making puffery an art form. Now being copied by several other agents. Makes me want to gag.

This one got a few laughs today in the office. From the private remarks:
"Owner occupied, but owner is blind so you have to knock loudly."
Oh and for a touch of irony, there is no photo. ROFL, knock loudly so he can see you...are we being mean now? Why isn't the listing agent showing the house if the owner is blind? What a jerk.

Investor former rental property. Not sure if the comment is due to a foul odor or if the previous tentant's name was Dahmer?

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
