I dunno. Looks like a discriminatory listing to me. Those with something up their rear need not present offers.

OK - this is not a stupid comment in the MLS - but the reverse - It is an MLS comment to stop buyer's agents from making stupid comments - BRILLANT - by the way - it didn't sell.

"Sure I'm not blind and neither is the seller. The place needs work and we know it. Use your keen sense of the obvious and and write the deal."

Huh - sounds like maybe he got some negative feedback on the listing - I bet his phone stopped ringing with the stupid comments though.

One redeeming Feature - A REALLY GOOD STRONG CHIMNEY !
