NESTLED IN A QUIET CUL DE SAC LOCATION, ALSO NEAR SHOPPING AND OCEANA NAVAL AIR BASE.
OCEANA IS THE NAVY'S MAIN EAST COAST BASE FOR JETS. HORNETS ARE CONSTANLY FLYING IN AND OUT OF THERE OR JUST DOING TOUCH AND GO'S. THEY ALWAYS GO IN SETS OF 4. YOU CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING (EXCEPT FREEDOM!!)

I would think they meant arboretum. They shoulda said green house imho. If no green house like thing, then my best and last guess would be arbitration!!!! I think that's a winner. Ya, she meant arbitration but I thought it was a funny alteration of an easily spelled word

My favorite was when the agent put the lock box code in the public remarks section......
I shot a fast email to the agent to make him aware....didn't even get a "thank you" back.....hmmmmmmmm

I like that one. It's probably true and his/her subconscious made him/her write it. Linda

I try to do the "right thing".....anybody can make a mistake. But, I've pretty much swung your way for anything in the future......when you can't even get a basic "thank you", it's time to move on.....The only thing missing in the header in his public remarks were......FREE FOR THE TAKING..or....COME AND GET IT!........I'm attempting to be a little more mellow as I enter my twilight years.....maybe, I'm just too old fashioned, by expecting a basic "thank you"....oh well....

I see this one all the time. "Better than new" Really, what can be better than new. It's like the car dealers don't sell used cars anymore, they are "previously owned". So I would say to the salesman somebody owned this car but never used it. LOL

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
