Take for example: environmental noise. Some people abhor certain kinds of noises, and some people can accept certain kinds.

In your opinion, is it better to have a lot of calls and showings that sour upon learning this first hand after scheduling and driving... Or is it better to mention up front so that the showings and/or calls you receive are more qualified for the property?
