MA BROKER Member Registered: 03/29/06 Posts: 204 Loc: Massachusetts	What are you generally paying for E&O? What do you generally get coverage for? I just wanted some info before I called an agent. Thanks.

pikes peak Major Contributor Registered: 12/15/04 Posts: 2717 Loc: CO	It depends on your market and endorsements. I will have RISC/Rice Insurance Services Company this year. Base $243, $100k/$300k with $1k Damages deductible. For higher property limits $250k p/claim, $750k agregate add $135/165, Property Mgmt. add $150, Environmental add $20 etc. If you sell high priced properties, make sure you are covered.
