It's $99 a year (with discount from a member, otherwise $125, I'll e-mail you a discount form if you want it) and you do as many shows as you like. I absolutely love them, best investment I've made so far.

I also make CDs of the shows to leave alongside fliers at my listings. If someone sees lots of houses in one day, I know they'll remember mine.

My recommendation would simply be to purchase an Apple computer - if you're in the market for a new laptop. Using iLife software, you can easily create professional looking slideshows and burn them to CD or DVD. It's not a service you'll pay for after the investment of the laptop. Plus, MacBooks now run Windows if you are attached to Windows (and it's viruses) for some reason. It's a great way to make slideshows and easily create a file to post to your website!

You might have to call to get in the system, it's rather new. But I think you can build the 30 second and 60 second shows for like 39.95 each.
