I have a client that I have helped in the purchase of a couple investment properties. This client currently owns 10 properties that bring in about $65,000.00 per year in income, taxes per year run about $5600.00. My client asked me the other day if I know of an investor that might want to buy all of these properties, although he does not want to list them in the mls. He is asking about $650,000.00 for the whole package.
I guess my question would be, How do I find an investor that might be looking for something such as this without listing these properties? Is this normal? I have no experience with this type of transaction. Any suggestions how to proceed?
