By and large, none of these lead generation sites are worth the money.
Why? They are in the business of getting agents to pay for the leads. They are not in the business of getting members of the public who are ready, willing and able to proceed with real estate deals.
That's why most people who subscribe grumble and grouse about the quality of the leads.
But, if you get lots of leads won't a few be decent? Maybe. But, if you spend your activity sorted out these leads you will have less time (and money) to spend on things that are infinitely more valuable --- talking to FSBOs, expired listings, farming a neighborhood, working your Sphere of Influence.
Agents tend to try and do 20 different things to do lead development. Big mistake. You'll spread yourself too thin and have limited results. Instead, pick 1, 2, or 3 methods and pursue them with fervor. That is what every significant producer does. Folks who don't produce tend to hop from method to method --- frustrated by their lack of success.
