HI, I was wondering if anyone prepares a package of information to present to the buyer client at closing.If so what do you include?

I feel it depends on the buyer. If they are from out of town it's good to prepare a package introducing them to the area. Phone numbers they will need. To any buyers it's good to provide numbers to the utilities. This can be given before closing also. I always include a gift card or some sort to Lowes or Home Depot. Lowes has a great Realtor Benefits program. Saves you money. That's my short two cents

I think any extra effort that you can put in to help your buyer would be appreciated and remembered. Everything is helpful...
