I'm sorry to be blunt...but it looks very old. Very, very old. Like something from 1999. The whole thing looks like it was made from a 256-color gif image. While that was not only acceptable in the past, it was recommended...those days are gone. Most people have extremely modern monitors capable of handling millions of colors. Not that you should turn your website into a hodge podge of colors...but they should be more rich, more vibrant.

Plus, the all caps description for the featured property is not only annoying, but it's bad web etiquette. Never write in all caps UNLESS YOU INTEND ON YELLING AT YOUR READERS.

That's my opinion...nothing personal...but I am being frank, which sometimes seems nasty even though you don't intend for it to be.

When we talk colors what kind of colors? Give me some ideas. The caps thing sorry I just pulled it off the mls and are mls caps everything I will change that today. Thanks for the advise.

These are RE/MAX template website, I guess I think the colors are more relaxed? I'm a guy so you know colors and men LOL.

I don't think it's the colors actually so much as the graphics.

The banner on the top and the remax ballon are really cartoonish and not professional looking - they remind me of what you see on free clip art websites.

Well, I don't like the template either. The colors could be nice if presented in the right way.

I like the cartoonyness of it - it's cute and fresh. The Irish dude is weird, though, and I don't understand why he's there.

Firstly it took forever to load, not a good start!

It strikes me how many Real Estate websites that there are in the States that are not top quality designed websites, you look at the UK or Spanish for Real Estate websites and most of them are really kind on the eye and have a trust factor to them.

If I was buying a property in your area I most probably wouldn't buy from your website, why? Because it doesn't look like a professional company and buying a property is one of the biggest moments and finance commitments of your entire life!

You need to look at the website and see it from a buyers point of view.
