I have my first REO with this company. We have an accepted offer, according to thier system, and it says waiting on buyers signature. I haven't received anything from them for the buyers to sign and I can't find anything on thier web site with the forms. Do I just wait for them to send me the forms, or am I missing something??

I have made several posts regarding them (National Default Servicing LLC) that can best be summed up as "beware"; personally I won't deal with them again! (another contributor to the form disagrees, apparently likes them!).

As to your question: They have multiple clients they work for and need to provide you with their client's addendum to use with your standard board form contract. If you have entered an offer with them using their online website I trust you have some written contract to back it up. That, with the correct addendum (which they should furnish you), and any other disclosures or documents, and the prequalification or proof of funds and a copy of the earnest money deposit need to be submitted to your asset manager. The "buyer's signature" they are looking for is that contract in hard copy as opposed to an online entry.

Is your offer with National Default Servicing? I have listed and sold several houses for them. You need to fax them the offer and then they will fill out their addendums that you can down load from Disposolutions. You also need to fax along with the offer a pre approval letter along with any required addendums.
