I'm considering leaving one agency and either starting on my own or going to another agency. What are some of the things I need to be aware of, think of, what are the questions I need to ask myself and the new broker?

Deep... you're right. In that scenario I would want the former. But fears exist such as where do I get answers to questions that come up? There won't be someone else in the office to go runnning to. I guess I'm doing it all now, just not getting the right money. I am an associate Broker managing one office.

With this market the owner has decided to do very LITTLE advertising, however, I would have to pay for my own advertising and liability insurance. I'm bonded but I figure I'm going to need the liability just for piece of mind.What will the E&O insurance cover?
