Download Picassa from online. It's free and absolutely wonderful. It's EZ to enhance dull picturs. It has an auto color and auto contrast button. You can save pics to a file of any size you want, so you can take the pics on high res for good quality, then reduce to appropriate size for uploading. You may need to take a couple hours to get familiar with it, just like with any new software, but I think this is the best pic software out there. What I love most is the EZ crop function. I've zoomed in on the address like I was standing in front of it and I am about 30-40 ft away! I never worry about getting unwanted stuff off to the side because I just crop it out in a second. Cropping works great to enhance street scenes too.
