I have a closing tomorrow, I am the listing agent & owner of the property. The closing was suppose to be for Friday but the buyers signed off today expecting me tomorrow but my office does not have the checks ready. What happens in this situation. I am new and this is my first closing. Please help, I am really upset.

Can't you ask your broker to cut the checks early?

Were you talking about the buyer's agent real estate commission check?

Have your office send the CDA over to the Title company first thing in the morning, it can be done. No sweat.

Yes, that is what I mean the buyers agent commission check. What is a CDA? I am sorry but I am new and learning as I go.

Thanks guys, I spoke to my office and I was confused. Everything has been taken care of. The only thing now is that my manager, after looking thru my contract did not make me aware of writing in the processing fee charge so the buyer would pay it. Now she says I have to pay it from my commission. She had reviewed all my paperwork because like I said this is my first and did not catch that. She even told me it was her mistake.Oh well I have learned a lot thru this process.
