Stupid agents!!! Sorry to be so frank. They call/email/harass us for work & then we send it & they decline. Or they sign up with us & I get emails like:

Well..... maybe not for you, since you are pregnant and also started off well on this form. But be careful with making generalizations about us agents. I know some agents can be overbearing, but not everyone of us is. People are hurting right now and desperate to break into this niche. Sometimes one does not realize that they are going over board with their tactics. Some think that if they keep calling and calling and calling, that it will show the AM's that they are committed and will do a good job. They do not realize that there may be 20 other agents doing the same thing. Which in turn limits your time and what you can do with it. Certainly no one wants to waste their time filtering hundreds of the same old phone call and e-mails. Relax, breath out and realize and say to yourself " Not all agents are stupid, only some are. And for agents like DelCidsRealty, they are my kind of agent" Ahhhh... much better.

Off Topic - but have you ever noticed some emails from some AMC read just like they sound on the phone. Sometimes on the phone I want to say - hold on - 'I'll get an interpreter' and then their emails sounds exactly the same if you read them out loud.
