I don't see the problem. Our program is designed for
mass amount of business for a mass amount of producers. If a Real estate agent is sending their clients out the door for financing, what's wrong with just giving them an alternative and making it so they can get paid?

I understand no one concept or company is right for everyone, but
when a comment is posted that seems to suggest that something is being not legitimate, I myself have to as why? Is it the part of no licensing required? The ability to offer programs nationwide. Is it the ability to look at 24/7 status of loan status? Is it the ability to build a nationwide distribution team and earn from team production? Well maybe it just may be that if Real Estate agents can get paid from Bank referral business on their own that's less business to refer to mortgage brokers?

I don't knock real estate agents who want to refer their clients to other people for their mortgage needs. I just offer an option where they don't have to do that and make income. I myself think people are smart when given the FACTS, they can make a decision that's in their best interest. So if there's something that's not upfront or doesn't make business sense about this program I would like to know also.

I just offer a choice. A choice to expand with other products to offer clients. It's a yes or no personal decision. If a house isn't selling, why not get income from working the referral for financing? If no home sale or referral, why not get income from the production from the team (Nationwide, did I say no licensing required)? This is about exposure. We all know some will, some won't, so what. Not all things are for all people.
