Typically, salaried positions require that you have previous sales experience. I checked their website & one of the positions states experience required.
I feel bad for new real estate agents. Nobody ever counsels them on the financial & time commitments it takes to make it in this business. You own your own business. You can't open any business without capital. If you don't have any funds to invest in your buiness to help it grow then I would reconsider jumping in right now. My new agents invest $200-$300 a month into growing their business for at least 3 months before they ever see a commission check. That's just the reality. I'm sorry to be so frank. I don't want to discourage you but it pains me to see new agents get into this business only to get out in 6 mths (or less) because they weren't aware of the realities of this profession.
