OK let me tell you. I do not know this company but they will have a lot of conditions. So that is always tricky. They will push you down i price too much or they will not buy your house. To me you will lose more money than you sell with not discount broker. Nobody will buy your house for market value price, they will buy if the house will be at least 15% under the market value. So what is better to put some effort to get your house ready or give it away?!
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
