Just wanted to see what the average inventory of the posters on this forum is for REOs. I was on the MLS today looking at a few agents in the area, and one of them had 55 REOs with 11 being in contract...Never seen anyone that high on listings, even REOs. I'm curious to know if anyone here is near that ,or if that's just average.

I guess if there's alot of people that have that many REOs, i should try working harder to get REOs, i do alot on the buyer side, but only had 2 REO listings this year.

I have always done a few REOs but just in the last two years started focusing on them. Right now my team has 32 in inventory and of those I think 6 are in escrow. I expect to double that figure by the end of the year because currently we're listing about 2 a week.

My team's total listing inventory is usually somewhere between 50-70.

They is plenty to go around, probably will late 2009 or early 2010 before things turn around with REO's. Most markets with REO's are glutted to the point they are coming faster than the absorption rate.

I average about 20 to 25 in various stages, one agent in my area has about 500

I am low man on the totem pole with only 6 listings and 1 pending. I must qualify that by saying I am an Appraiser first and Broker second, for now. Note: Without this forum I probably wouldn't have any listings!!!

30-40 and growing.. all in different stages..

While numbers are relative, last year I had 49 reo transaction sales. My current inventory ratio is almost split evenly between thoses in active/pending and prelist. My current WIP exceeds last year's all together.
