I just picked up a "package" of 15 homes that all have positive cash flow and are all currently rented. Whats the best way to market these rentals nation-wide to sellers and investors?

Are you looking to sell them individually or as a package?

As a package or at least in groups. And there are 22 of them in total. They all have positive cash flow, and are all fixed up. The seller dosent want me to put signs in the yard, so I have to figure out how to get these out to the public.
