BofA will go to 70% DTI through their retail channel. Their retail rates are very similar to their wholesale rates so you should go retail for the reduced cost. Call me if that sounds like an option, I will give you a great referral.

He then posted the insulting post above.

That was really stupid! Way to protect your borrower. That is as negligent as throwing away borrower information into a trash can without shredding it.
