I got 3 listings recently (all family) I need to know what forms I need to have them sign when I meet them. I actually need help with the whole process but I work full time so I have little time to attend the training sessions.(cause I need money ) if I sell these properties I can finally quit my job & go realtor full time.

If anyone can outline the selling process for me I would be grateful, or even direct me to a link.

I am not trying to be an ass, but can't you get in touch with your trainer or your broker and ask them how to do this? It is different in many states of which forms you must have (ex. disclosures, etc.)
