I'd say look at how many listings a particular company has in the community. Also look at their advertising. Most web advertising lisitng leads will go straight to the listing agent. But if the company has a lot of newspaper, magazine ads (A dying way to advertise though) you might get quite a few leads from older people and people without computers. The first company I worked for did lots of advertising every weekend in the newspaper thus lots of floor calls. My last company before I went on my own didn't do to much paper media advertising. Thus floor time was terrible. But on the other hand you can use floor time to organize your marketing in other ways. But the more signs the more calls a company will get.
