He acted as his own broker opened accounts at banks in my business name etc.
Found money he had stolen. The bank gave it up to me. This guy sues me for the commission saying he is intitled to it............BECAUSE the TEXAS Association Legal person said he is owed it.
NOT! Google "ARCE Disgorgement"
Not only am I intitled to that money as broker. I am also intitled to any he had purchased with funds he had stolen etc.
I called up TAR Legal hot line and let them know about that and there was pure silence on the other end. He finally woke up and said yes you are right.
