The other day i was looking through the forums and found an independant contractor agreement someoneo offered to another person looking for one. I tried to save it and could not and have tried to find it again. It was very indepth and covered so much of what i've been looking for. You can probably get one off your Realtor assoc website. I think they may even have one on NAR if you are a member.
