Every month I hear real estate statistics come on the radio and in the news for the United States as well as individual counties. I realize that this information is on the DRE website for California, but I can't seem to find out where. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Also, are there any other places that offer statistics pertaining to the real estate market?

If your Board is using Sandicor MLS, (one of the biggest in CA), then you can click on "SALES STATISTICS" on the very 1st page (before the login page). It's EZ to overlook this becaue we always jump right to the login page. If you are having trouble finding it, or you don't use Sandicor, talk to your Broker or call your MLS. I am sure they will guide you to it.

There are a number of vendors offering market data for the 50+ largest markets in the US but of course for a price. If you are interested in checking them out check the market data page on my website.
