Hey everyone,
From time to time I post on this board about various properties that I'm working with. I've got several here in Las Vegas and a few internationally.
If anyone can be of assistance in helping me locate buyers for properties all the way up to the hundreds of millions, I've got a few well known tourist/hot spots here in Vegas that are looking for potential buyers as well as some other lucrative investments that are more industrial in nature. One of which is valued at 6 billion looking to take out a 500 million dollar loan against their property(ies). I've also got a resort in Western Europe in a hot tourist spot as well as some resorts in Mexico.
Additionally, I've got some ins with the casino market here in Las Vegas and we're always looking for both buyers and sellers in that market. I've also got a casino management company that I work closely with that holds a gaming license that will be very valuable for anyone looking to purchase a casino in Las Vegas, especially foreign nationals.
I'm tapped out as far as my contacts here go, and I've got interests but no commitments yet. I want to reach out to the community here because there's alot of opportunity in these properties and well, let's face it, we all need to take care of eachother. I've always gotten a good strong response from this board, and I hope to continue strong business relations with the good people here.
So fellow commercial agents and brokers, if any of this sounds like something that your people might be looking for, shoot me an email and let's get something going with it.
You can reach me at alcantara4@gmail.com
Thanks!

Talked to the Donald yet?
Just seems like you wouldnt have trouble generated action in Vegas...whats the problems? of course, billion dollar deals have a very limited market pool!

As usual I'm up in the middle of the night going over emails and such...
Well, like I mentioned I have already exhausted all of our local contacts. The thing is that alot of the properties I'm working with are international. And again, much of Vegas is corporate owned and making the movement toward being all privately owned again, which of course means investors and groups coming in from other locales.
Why not try to reach out to brokers similar to myself in other areas who may be looking for the projects that I'm working on? There isn't really any problems per se, but I would just like to exhaust all avenues of business and am not going to limit myself to only Las Vegas generated business.

Basically what it comes down to is that the pool of people with the means to act on this type of business is small. The contacts that I have here locally are all committed to other projects at the moment so it puts them on hold for the time being. The financials for all of these deals reflect that they are all VERY lucrative, but again, those who have the means to act on these projects are few and far in between.
That's why I'm reaching out to this community here.

I'm wary of loopnet. These are off market deals. My clients value their privacy for many reasons. They would rather I deal with individuals case by case rather than publicly advertising.
Again, email me if these are of interest for you or your business. These are just a few of the projects I'm working with.

Vegas, You're having problems finding buyers, I'm having problems finding properties that are deliverable. I need unlisted properties, Clients will look at hotels, resorts, shopping centers, office buildings, etc. I have been plagued by broker chains, misinformation, property peddlers, you name it. Look forward to hearing from you.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
