What is a good deal in your opinion?
What are your criteria?
What type of properties?
Hate to be the one to break this to you but there is not alot of money in it for the agent to find you properties to wholesale to other investors. If the deal is good enough that a wholesaler is interested in the property I would buy it and wholesale it to an investor in my book.
The agent would be better served by selling it directly to an investor that wants to keep it as a rental or rehab and flip the property as the agent has a better than average chance of listing the flip.
