To those of you who have listed a house with them.

I just received a reassignment from them, sent back all their preliminary paperwork and haven't heard anything regarding a listing agreement. Do they send one of their own contracts?

Nice thing was, I wasn't even signed up with them, they found me on REO Network.

Just want to start off on the right foot with them as they seem to be pretty decent company to work with from what I have read here.

They were exclusively Litton REOs and now that Ocwen bought out Litton, I was wondering if anyone had an update on them.

No new listings from MDWA since Litton sale to Ocwen. Those pre-list assets with two months work on my end including PM were released to Ocwen and still not reimbursed for expenses.

Previously did work for them. Last couple of pre-list assignments were nothing more than occupancy checks & WIRs & then Altisource (Ocwen) rekeyed and file was transferred away.

I've sold 3 REO's for them in the last 3 years. Great to work with! However the last assignment I had was reasigned to Altisource as well. What makes it tough was that the occupants were in the home since Dec. 2008 rent free, and my team had to manage it the whole time just to have it taken a few months ago. 1 court hearing, a lockout, a break back in, another court hearing, weekly checks since 2008 and poof. Gone!

I recommend contacting Altisource's REO department. I had an assignment that was reassigned to them. I e-mailed them and requested they retain me as the agent. They did.

Emailing Altisource worked for me too. Kept my one listing and got it closed.
