You have to be kidding me, my lot loan when from 6.375% to 10.50% in 2 weeks. I guess I should be happy that there is still home for though...

Definitely get rid of the AOL address - it doesn't convey the right image or message you need to convey. Go to godaddy.com or similar site and set up a "catch all" email account "@mycustommortgage.com" - that way you can have multiple adresses that dump into the same email account, eg, info@myCustommortgage.com, omar@mycustommortgage.com, and help@mycustommortgage.com. Also, do the same thing for rittenhousemtg.com

Lastly, ditch the Maryland cell # and get a Philly # - by having the MD cell # you are doing two things - 1. discouraging some folks from calling your cell, and 2. conveying a message that you haven't been in Philly very long.

I know they've been in the news a lot lately, but Countrywide has closed four loans for me in the past 10 days. At least here in Polk County they are still #1 and going strong. There were zero problems.

Omar Moody is not a direct lender, he's a broker. Any loan officer working in a broker shop can do the same loans as this clown if you know what your doing. If you don't maybe you should try car sales.
