Countrywide used to do these as a no-doc loan at max LTV of 70-75%. They used to tell us it was the easiest loan you could do.

You may want to try Banco Popular. If they're still open, they should be able to help you.

Lending Tree recently advertised that applicants did not need a SS number. Try them.

Lending Tree sucks and rips people off! They charge lenders so much to use them that they have to pass those fees to the client.

Good question Firehouse. To my knowledge, until the husband becomes a US citizen, he is still open to deportation if they get divorced. I'm not sure of the timeframe, but it's considerable.
