I was curious what laws, if any, govern commercial real estate? Including Antitrust. I was reading an article yesterday that was saying some church lenders would not lend to all faiths. I found this startling. I can understand it, but can you imagine what would happen if I told a residential client, "Nope, I don't lend to Muslims". I would be sued so fast my eyes would spin.
