I am close to completing my Brokers School here in NJ and was curious about the Top Dogs Course/Seminars & Scott Scheel Course/Seminars. I want to launch my own Brokerage in 2008 and want to implement a commercial division. My background is in commercial building architecture / corporate office space planning, as well as efficiency consulting for warehouse and distribution/supply chain operations before I got into residential real estate. I figured commercial would be a natural fit for me, but I want to be well versed before I aggressively go after the business. I was looking for feedback on the above programs. Do you think after completing the 3 day seminars and educational materials I will be in a strong position to effectively negotiate deals and really know what I am doing? Opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time.
