Ocwen sent me two listings today. One was in Mississippi. I live in NC. One was in Murphy NC. A good 6 hours from where I live. Anyone else been offered listings way out of territory.
I got a BPO Once for New Hampshire. The zip code was wrong and had a Memphis zip code due to one digit being off. I would imagine this may be why you got some of these.

I had a REO Asset assigned to me stating that it was in Maine (I'm in Ohio).
Having said that , I knew the property that was assigned to me, just down the road from where i lived. I sent them a email and they made a correction to the address, the home just sold.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
