I kind of want a direct referral. Someone who someone knows. That way I feel better about trusting them. But, like I said thanks!! If I do not find one then I will try that out. I usually use appraisal.com when I cannot find a referral. It has ratings and people can complain. It even shows stated and actual turn times.
