It looks neat and clean - much like a template site. The house on the banner and on the main picture are kind of ho-hum because they just look like stock photography.

Nice, but boooooooring.

IMHO it would be better if you use original local photography, which would make it look less like a cookie cutter site. But that's just my opinion.

Instead of a link "office listings" on the left, place "our listings" on the right side where all data and pictures are visible like in “office listings”, and can be scrolled down.
I like the site, but it probably could use some tweaking.

Just took a quick peek but it's framed and stuffed with useless keywords .. this type of site is ok is you're just going to promote it offline but not very promising search engine wise..

This type of global metatagging and keyword stuffing haven't worked in years. Not bashing your site Jim but I assumed you were looking for straight forward assessments

I like the design but I bet you aren't getting much traffic from the search engines. I give this site a 4 only because of your coding design.

I'm going to be blunt so don't be offended, the site looks great but the frames are crap and your search engine rankings are crap.

I am an expert with SEO (search engine optimization) and I can tell you right now that you only have 2 pages index in google and if you type in "Jim Houlihan Real Estate", you're site isn't even in there! There is no doubt you should have #1 ranking in google for that keyword when someone types it in. Hell, you should have #1 page at least for "Jim Houlihan" as it's not a common name. Even "Silicon Valley Real Estate" could have a nice rank if you had lots of content (a few 500 page articles dealing around this keyword)

My advice is to build the site WITHOUT frames because search engines like google can't index your content or at least have a hard time doing it. If you don't no one is ever going to find your site unless it's from word of mouth or land based marketing.

Other than that, it looks appealing to visitors and is great if you're only relying on word of mouth advertisement for traffic. If anyone needs SEO or online advice, visit the forum in my signature and post some questions, this is my expertise by the way!
