Log into PlanetRealtor.com - do a search for "Lease Option Addendum" - the first result is an addendum approved by the Sarasota Association of Realtors.

However, I strongly advise you to use the FAR Comprehensive addendum regarding lease option and then have an attorney write it for you. This will protect the buyer, seller and YOU!
