This might be a good start (REALTOR.org). Mine is with Williams Underwriting. If you sell more high end homes, higher coverage would be advised.

Mine is through Pearl Insurance but I also looked at Black Ink/

I have been very satisfied with Black Ink. I am a small broker, with only 1 agent, and I recommend $1000 coverage. I have $2500 deductible, but that is zero if home warranty is offered on each transaction. Currently I am insured through COntinental Casualty Company. Had one issue that I thought might result in a claim and the process was handled quicly and easily. Black Inks number is 888 777 7108

Just my opinon, but you would be wise to reasearch this.
