Thank you, Susan!! I was pretty sure...until I started looking at the State portion -- it was TOUGH!! I barely passed that one. Got 91% on the National, though.

That's great news! I've been following your posts for a while. You've always been so upbeat! It's funny cause it seems no matter what state an agent is from, it always seems that the state part of the exam was the hard part. Keep us posted with what you do next.

The state part of the exam is annoying because it has a lot of details re: the state law...at least that's how it was here. Since I was coached ahead of time to know the state law forwards and backwards, I read, and read, and read that law until I coudln't stand the sight of the pages anymore, and the word Real Estate Commission made me nauseated. LOL

Elecat, I'm doing great! I'm having a LOT of fun this week! Quite a contrast from my bipolar HELL WEEK last week...heck, it still seems bipolar. LOL. This is the "manic" phase, I guess. hee hee

Congratulations Elecat! I passed my exam last week and am just waiting to get started. Exam was easier then I thought it was gonna be! Glad its out of the way so I can learn something I will really need to know LOL! State portion here is easy...

Congrats to you, too!! We were told over and over again that the National was the bear and the State was easy. WRONG!!! But then, a different testing company just took over on July 1st, so we're the guinnea pigs, it seems.

Thanks Shanon!! Well, I didn't meet with her in person today...she was out of the office most of the day. But I did find out that it's too late for me to get in on their next "company wide training"...next one is in 6 weeks. In the meantime, she'll be training me in the office. I SO want to quit my day-job...but I'd lose MY house without some income. I'll cut back to 3 days though. Hopefully that'll be enough??
