can anyone tell me how do you set up or make a template in outlook 2007? They say you can but i can not figure it out. What I exactly mean is an email template that will saty the same when you respond to any email at all-- but you can have your branding or company or whatever so people recognize you all the time. PLEASE HELP, this is soooo frustrating.!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have 07 but use 03. Are they that different? Sorry...

It sounds like you are trying to create a signature.
You can put your full contact info in a signature, which would be added to outgoing messages. If that is what you are trying to do, here is a link to assist.

Basically, Clear the use word as editor field (options)

Create your template and save as outlook template.
