Have been in RE for 7 yrs (succesful in "nitch" markets) & recently started representing a big residential Investor in the KC area. I need rehabbers/flippers/landlords, etc. Would love to bring in someone from CA or TX. Have any ideas how to market to out of state investors? Thanks for any advice...

A bit of a late response, but I am intrigued about the possibilities.

I am in the Kerrville, Tx area (considered one of the top retirement communities in the US); which is 1 hour away from San Antonio, as well as an hour or so from Austin, Tx. Also, only an hour away from a very small town named Utopia Tx. where the real estate market is hopping I'm told.
