I do a lot of BPO's, and as you may or may not know, some of the companies broadcast their orders. That makes us all have to grab for the orders. I'm pretty sure someone in my area knows more than I about setting up their email to automatically click on the ACCEPT button when an email comes in from a company, and they are snatching up ALL the orders from that company. I NEED to know how to program my email to do the same thing. Then maybe I would get lucky once in a while. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish what I'm needing to do? Thank you in advance.

You can't program your e-mail to accept orders.

It's likely that other agents in your area are using Blackberry or Windows smartphone devices to receive the e-mail requests and accepting them at that time.

For Outlook users, this from Microsoft literature -

Microsoft does not currently recommend, and does not support, Automation of Microsoft Office applications from any unattended, non-interactive client application or component (including ASP, DCOM, and NT Services), because Office may exhibit unstable behavior and/or deadlock when run in this environment.

Depending on your service provider, you could aquire a server side script that would open your mail, parse for keywords, take some action (send email), notify you, etc. There would be some exposure to this approach however. A change of language or offer from the sender may ruin your day.

Yah, go with what Gulf said, the email on your cellphone is the way to go. Sure it's possible to have something programmed, but the road to get there, and then to keep the code updated for any changes to email structure would be more than a headache. As my friend's lawyer says... You got to do the right thing and do it the right way!
