ker. i saw a couple of brokerages that do both in house and they advertise it as a way to make double your income on a house sale. would this distract me from learning the ropes as an agent? my primary desire is becoming a good agent but getting in the mortgage industry seems like good additional income?

It is extremely difficult to do both well.
