my only car is a two seater sports car. do i need a 4dr 5seater car to be successful?

I usually meet my clients at the property so it shouldn't be a problem in most cases.

I like to have my clients ride with me so we can talk about the area, etc. on our way. If they're not strangers to the area it's not such a big deal, but I like to point things of interest out, etc.

If you're not planning on driving more than one person at a time it's certainly okay. Today I couldn't take my clients as they had a baby in a toddler seat...too cumbersome to move him to my car, so they followed me. I didn't like it though. I like to have them with me in the car.

HA! I used to drive my buyers around, but after a couple of customers wanted to see about 35 homes each over a 4 day period, (at 100-135 miles a day) I switched to "I'll meet you at the first house and you can follow me to the others" tatic.

Seemed to work. Got tired following me I guess...

Now I need a smaller 2 door car instead of my 4 door truck!
