Well I have been suspended from Titanium. I could not keep up with all the destressed properties they had for me. If I did not accept them I'm bad, if I didn't get them done on time I'm bad. If I leave for 4 days to become short sale cerified I'm bad.
In closing they gave me the suspended status, but "if I would like to play nice...they really need me and back." I was the only one they had in this area.
Geeze, I don't think I can play nice...

I find it funny you mention Titanium. One of their LMCs from a nearby city got a hold of me through a BPO I did on one of their properties. They said Titanium was looking for new agents and wanted to know if I would sign up. I took a look at the properties they have in my area and said no thanks! I wanted no part of the dumps. I can see why the agent here quit!

Wait until the market picks up and agents go back to selling houses. Who are they going to get to do their work?

They better get to looking, because they would hand me 10 a week, and some of them were 7 days till auction.
I was even looking for a bi-lingual assistant to help me keep up.
I can see where there is a real need for LMC's and I worked for them for a year, but a new guy came on. He did a broadcast message of someone's private email to him explaining family emergency. He said he was sending us this letter so we could basiclly get our priorites straight and do his work! I was so offended for that young lady. I told him so too.
They want me to stand up for the underdog...don't they?

How much do they pay you at titanium for these jobs?You could do much better going after listings on your own.

Bumping: Anyone using Titanum to get short sale listings and turning a profit?

Complete waste of time and application fee. Sign up with a few more BPO companies. You can easily complete two or three BPOs in the time you mess with one of these requests. Focus on signup with listing companies and you will get more bang for your buck than a complicated short sale.

Why do you think they constantly need new agents? Ask the experienced agents in your area if they work for this outfit?
Plain BPOs may be boring, but it is predictable pay.
