1) increase length of subject field from 50 characters to 75

2) require members to specify what U.S. state or Canadian province or other country they are from when they join Agents Online. A member's state is relevant to putting their questions and answers in geographic context. It helps clarify what issues agents are facing in particular parts of the country.
