It is probably partly the news media that we have to blame for that. Don't let the FSBO's get to you, with the sellers market gone, the FSBO's will soon find that if they really want to sell they need a Realtor. And if they just stay a FSBO for a long time, what they are telling you is that they are not really a serious seller, and that you don't want their listing anyway, as it will be nothing but problems.
